This is the most unprofessional support I've ever heard. 5 Thumbs Down! How would you invest your money to host his stupidity? I mean this is really insane!

Oh by the way, this is a public forum even if its your client or not your are not allowed to stop them, this is violation of ones freedom. Anyhow, they are just saying what the reality is with HostMyWarez.

2 or more people is called a team. And sorry for your support ticket not getting answered, if it's labeled something like "site is slow", "site doesn't load" we usually let them get answered last because we are working on the issue.

So you mean, if somebody sends a ticket that is not "site doesn't load" they will get reply fast? Wtf, why not notify them that you are looking into that issue not just disregarding them, I doubt. You are doing nothing!

By the way, Have you gone through a customer relation seminar or even like read some facts for Consumer Relations? I suggest you read them also. :P

My point is they are paying you and part of it, is the customer support. Did you ever know what support means? I'm not here just to post something but I just want you to feel that they are your beloved customers and they are the ones who are paying for you and that keeps your business alive.

Ecatel doesn't have DDoS protection nor they specialize in DDoS mitigation so you can kindly remove the part about DDoS protection from your site. You got only 1 dedicated server from Ecatel so now it'd be the right time to stop lying.

Also, I believe multiple accounts are not allowed here and posting in your own thread with 2nd account is really pathetic and retarded.

he might just be mass emailing all "active" customers, which will email anyone who registered.

You can just submit a ticket asking to close your account (and it will deactivate) and stop sending you emails :)

@jamesrocky is the issue you are having with your thumbnails?

Kindly mind your own business. We had ddos protection in the old datacenter, didn't have time to update the site. You do not know how much dedicated servers I have, So please stop mindless posting.

I msn'd moderators a couple of times to ban that old account and nothing happened.

Please pm your main domain and I will delete your account so you receive no more emails. Emails are done automatically by our billing system.

Anyways, Main server issue has been fixed (/tmp kept on going to read only mode every couple of days) And logs have been analyzed to see what is causing such a high load. We have found the problem and we have stabalized the load to 1-5.

If any one else has issues, you are not going to get them resolved here as this is a sales thread only. Also for anyone who is looking to start trouble, I will start to report soon.

I would buy your hosting asap since i like the prices. Although i have been following this thread for the past week im a bit hesitant with the issues which are reported by the users. Are all the migration issues solved? Any other bugs there?
 
My issue is still pending for more than 10 days.You said your tech team is working but still it is not. I can't proceed with you if this continues. I need to find a better host
 
Hi,

We have all files safe. We hired a Level 3 System Admin to take care of this defacement and re harden the server. All clients have been emailed and given 1 month free for this.
