I canceled my order within the first 24 Hours because the VPS had bad performance.

They canceled the server, but they don´t send me back my money and they don´t answer my support ticket.

Be careful with this company.

I'am ordered on friday
after payment complete and i get my vps detail
i log in to solusvm panel and look my vps offline

was try boot,reboot and reinstall but still same
open ticket for that problem but still no answer
so i never get my vps online after payment
 
Sadly I have bad experience with this company to.
Their response to support tickets are EXTREMELY slow. Slowest I've ever come across.
For one of my tickets, it took them roughly 40 hours to respond.
I was only with them for a week, but due to this lack of support, I couldn't stay with this company.

Thankfully I have now chosen a good company and I've very happy with their performance.
