First of all i have an RDP 200 and i think 15 Users are to much. Today unraring is better than yesterday but still to slow. A 350 MB file needs 2 Minutes, my Ur-Old PC with 2 GB ram is faster in unraring.

So either you are overselling or the setup of this server is wrong.

how do you see 15 users in the server? iam not overselling the server.

there is someone else will help you with installation. all the tickets already done
 
I click on Computer>Local Disc>Users and then i see RDPA-RDPO and this are 15.

Don't think you create RDP's without reason.

hostedges provide for an instant setup for users when purchase. some of accounts are for an alternative use. you cant judge that for how many users online and many users are in use.
