Hi guys,

Sorry for noticing this thread so late.
Your bank shouldn't ask you any questions regarding the deposit.
AlertPay may ask for some additional verification if it is your first withdrawal and it is a large amount, but you bank won't ask any questions unless it is several thousand dollars.

Hi,

AlertPay will usually ask some questions the first time you try to withdraw funds. They are more likely to request additional information if it is a higher amount but they can ask on any withdrawal.

I can't really give any further specifics as the procedure is an anti-fraud safeguard.
