Hi,
There is no fee to upgrade to either a Pro account, or a business account. With these accounts you will benefit from higher sending & receiving limits as well as you will have the option to receive credit card payments.
Cheers!
Hi Funxlab,
If you are looking for the list of verified exchangers, it is in your AlertPay Account. When your logged in, go to "Withdraw" on the right-hand side, under "info" you will see "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger "
This is the list of exchangers...
Hi guys,
We apologise for this inconvenience. We know that withdrawals are difficult for some members in certain countries. @Salebre, I know there are some banks in Serbia that do accept wires from us. We suggest asking around in the forums to see which banks work.
For all our other members...
Hi FBnetwork,
You should be able to withdraw from AlertPay without any problems. I've heard that SBC has worked for clients from Pakistan before.
Cheers!

Hi guys,
You should be able to withdraw by bank wire to Pakistan without any problems. You simply initiate a withdrawal from your AlertPay account, and we should be able to send it to your local bank.
Cheers!

This is the best solution. It's best to take all the information we provide you and then go to the bank to initiate a bank wire. Make sure the "bank deposit code" is clearly indicated in the memo field of the bank wire. Once you send the wire it should be credited to your Alertpay account a few...
Hi,
That isn't true at all! lol
AlertPay won't limit your account for making transactions. The only time AlertPay would limit an account would be for security reasons, in which case we do it to protect you and your money :)
Hope this clears things up.

Hi SJshah,
The best way to transfer funds to your bank account if you are in the UK, would be by bank transfer. Bank Transfers are the quickest and cheapest method to withdraw your funds :)

Hi Sunitims,
We understand your sentiment. We have employees in India that would love to have bank transfers as well.
The case is not AlertPay not wanting to offer bank transfers, but rather finding a suitable service provider in India, and dealing with the bank regulations. (The laws...
Hi mamiman and all of you! :)
Beta testing for the AlertPay cards are going well, but we still do not have a definitive date for a full member release.
We are using this time to iron out issues, and really test the card.
When we do a full release, we want to have a fantastic product that our...

Hi,
You can resubmit the website and/or you can send a support ticket to Business development. They will then be able to review the website again, and hopefully approve it :)
Thanks,

Normnally there are two levels of "save password" options. It is usually a setting you will have to adjust on your browser's preferences or your computer's preferences rather then something on your AlertPay account.
Check your settings and you should be able to fix this. :)

Hi,
AlertPay will usually ask some questions the first time you try to withdraw funds. They are more likely to request additional information if it is a higher amount but they can ask on any withdrawal.
I can't really give any further specifics as the procedure is an anti-fraud safeguard...
Hi guys,
To clarify a little. You need to add your bank account using your account number/IBan/swift code. You can get this by calling your bank or going in to see them. (usually online too.)
If you are doing this for verification purposes then you must next deposit to your AlertPay account...
Hi guys,
Sorry for noticing this thread so late.
Your bank shouldn't ask you any questions regarding the deposit.
AlertPay may ask for some additional verification if it is your first withdrawal and it is a large amount, but you bank won't ask any questions unless it is several thousand...
We would suggest that you open a bank account, because the only way for you to currently receive funds in Pakistan is through a bank wire. In the future we will also be offering check withdrawal and credit card withdrawal in the future but a bank account is useful for all of these options...
