I also have a question regarding the new compensation:

Let's assume you added 2000 $ as the old compensation amount to my account and I got one double compensation on a 15 $ payout. Does this mean that I am not eligible anymore to take part in the new compensation you offer on all April weekends?
In other words: you granted me 15 $ in total as compensation for all the reuploading and fixing I have done and I'm out now because I received some kind of compensation already? Is that right?

I understand that the old compensation process might have been too high (although you promised to stick to your announcements over and over again). However, I expected some kind of true compensation based on the month before the data loss and not a fixed weekend bonus now when most partners are still recovering from the loss.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks for clarifying this once again.

In my case and others there has been one tiny payout and now there will be no more compensation, is that correct?

Don't get me wrong: in my eyes it's very nice that you offer a compensation at all but doing it now only for the April weekends sounds not so fair to me as I am still recovering from a big loss of files and visits and this does not really reflect how much effort I put in it.

The play icon always show up on video even the video is playing without pause click? Please fix it. When I mouse over the video player the icon play will show up. But When I move the mouse outside, it turn off. however, it happens when I enable full-screen mode: https://prnt.sc/rsvo55

It doesn’t affect the player function but I also agree it’s confusing. We gonna fix it very shortly. :)

I got a report of a file not playing 8 hours ago and it's another "server is in maintenance mode" error. I've deleted and reuploaded the file already (5 so far over the last 2 days) but how long does the maintenance typically take or should I just move the file when the happens live I've been doing?

I know several of us have asked but when I woke up this morning and the server had been in this mode for at least 8 hours I had to ask to find the best course of action.
