If I understand it right, converting files it must have the queue number. If they have not number, they are not converting because they have no audio. Could you confirm that?

No, I guess they’re in the queue but the tracking system isn’t working due to the lack of audio.

There is more than 30k request and I am processing them gradually, and as I said multiple times it may take up to 14 days since the email time, and even that I said that previously.. you’re complaining before 10 days even.
Please understand that I gave you an ETA, which is 14 days, and not even half of that ETA passed so what’s the reason of this panicking? I can’t process yours before the others since the process goes from the older to the newer.
It’s waste of time that I have to explain this to you every time and keep in mind every repeated question prevent me from processing other partners requests.
