I have exactly the same issue, 16 hours ago some of my files were deleted. And these are new fresh reuploaded files. I just reuploaded them again .... for the 3rd time

I get the same problem when i accidentally delete a file and 30 seconds later try to restore.

And now I’m getting it when i try to restore brand new uploads that were auto deleted 18 hours ago.

why were they deleted so fast when its only been a few days since restore.

I will check with IT guy right now about the reported situation.

Update:
These files weren't able to get encoded. Kindly re-upload new copy of these videos and keep me posted if they're not playable so I can check their metadata.

Once your request is approved you will get double payouts. As I said previously if you want to receive the double payment you need to wait for your request to be approved or otherwise it will be issued normally until your request is approved.
