You should hope. It's pain in the ass when the storage server got shutted down. You'll have to move all files to another server which is a lot of work & waiting. that's a lot of files.
He has at least 3 servers hosted on online.net/oneprovider.
and other servers from OVH, some files might be safe on OVH (probably, the server isn't shutted down YET).
You just need to hope that, only the webserver and not the storage servers got shutted down. He might be able to recover it...
The server just got shutted down by online.net/oneprovider. If his database is locally installed on the server, the site is gone unless, his/her provider allow him to recover it. And, if his your files is also saved on his "online.net" servers. you're done. trust me. this won't last long. he...

Oneprovider is actually reseller of Online.net, they are pretty actually the same, probbaly same company too. And looks like you just bough another server from OVH too.
