i have finished reuploading , 2 days and 1030 files . i didnt get any error on your servers . and all my files working very well

sorry sir @GO Unlimited, are you processing compensation email from old to new? is he a special case? yes i knew it already it's up to 2 weeks to process, as you've already said several times. because as i've already said that i sent the email it on 18th at 12.14 am (gmt +3) and i'm waiting for my email to be replied so that i'll get the compensation balance, and it will be doubled when i request payout, because i really need that money sir.

my compensation process email is on request (12737216) sir, if that helps. and i hope it can be processed sooner. thank you very much sir.

I used openload since it appeared, in 2015 and I stayed until its closing, recently I got to know GO here on the forum, it took me a while to start using the service, I was observing, testing, until I came to the conclusion that it is great! Your support, your efforts, your fees, etc. With the end of openload, verystream, rapidvideo he was the one that grew the most and all this was well deserved. I wish this service a long life and that we can walk together for a long time.

Update:
These files weren't able to get encoded. Kindly re-upload new copy of these videos and keep me posted if they're not playable so I can check their metadata.

Can you check all pending files and slow buffering? I have files waiting since 4 days converting. I tried reuploading them but they always get stucked. Thank you

The reason why your files can’t be converted faster is re-uploding new copies of them. Keep in mind that your account encoding priority depends on the number of files you have in the encoding queue, as higher numbers means lower priority. Please stop re-uploading new copies and stick with the one you uploaded so the system can’t identify unusual behavior from your account and lower its priority.
You can upload new videos, but uploading new copies of existing videos (doubling them) will result in encoding issues.

I didn't know about that. I just tried a few of them, like 4 or 5 videos
