Hope you're doing very well. Glad to see you again.

Our IT have applied some updates that unfortunately affected the user-end stats by increasing ADB views and in some rare cases affected the revenue (which we will compensate of course since it's not the user fault).
However, the issue has been resolved as far as we know, but we're still monitoring the system to make sure everything runs as expected.

If you had an increase in your stats for the ADB views, it should be resolved very shortly. In case your revenue was affected, feel free to contact me through a PM and I will sort this out for you.

Hope you're doing very well.

Yes, we had some issues with identifying regular views and ADB views, which affected limited users (7 users maximum). However, the problem has been sorted our immediately, but the stats wasn't updated for the affected time since we don't have a function to do that.
We asked the affected users to contact us so we compensate them for the affected days.

As for your stats today and in the future, it should be 100% normal.

Hi Gounlimited, More than half an hour to encode the videos, why is it going so slow hot?

Hope you're doing very well.

I can't identify any server that is overloaded with encoding tasks.

Could you please send me an example of the stucked video/s throughaa PM, so I can take a closer look at the situation? Because it's possible that the video hasn't been added to the encoding queue in first place due to its metadata or any unexpected error.

Hello, sometimes when I upload a batch of 20 files, sometimes the encoding is delayed for up to an hour, and there are sometimes that encodes in two minutes, and they are the files of the same weight and format.

Hope you're doing very well.

We never had overload in the encoding queue, but whenever you mass upload, your encoding priority will be downgraded to prevent overloads.

Please explain this question, because you can simply upload any format and it will be immediately encoded into MP4, so I am not able to understand this question carefully.
