Well, it depends on many factors such as the time the user kept working with us, as some users registered after 2018 and were inactive or didn't work with us for long connected periods.
As for the loyal users who kept working with us for long connected periods we will offer them something of course since they deserve the best from us.

do not understand the nonsense that this host of archives recently put a new website and therefore still has no visits and oddly you have to add thousands of videos and I thinking that it was a serious file host I start uploading the videos to this host and comes and they suspend my account without giving an explanation but I imagine it is because the videos have no visits for now

Consuming 4 TB of storage with 0 gained views is a prohibited behavior.
This is not an archive platform.
We have users with thousands of GB's of storage but with small number of views gained daily, and we didn't ban them since we're supporting them to improve their websites so they can gain more views in the future. But, ZERO views over half year means these junk videos weren't shared anywhere.
The reason behind us achieving 4 years in this industry is banning such junk users who can't afford a paid storage service so they archive their junk in free sharing platforms.
And I am glad to tell you we will reach the fifth year successfully as well because of avoiding such junks like you.

First of all I have only 34 days with the account not 4 years and I only used 24GB because my account was new but nothing much host
by the way I pay my backup to google driver so I have to pay where to host my file and I have a vps with 5TB of space and a rdp of 2TB of space you can be sure that my problem is not space

We have users with 20-50 daily gained views and 3+TB storage consumed (which is not affording the storage they're using) but we're supporting them to grow up, so if you gained 5% of what you have in that image, you won't be banned, but you preferred to use us as your free Google Drive.

if you use them as cold storage arvhice service they will not allow you because you have another big website that you don't use their player on it
simply they don't care about your big website cuz you're not using their player on it and instead you're archiving videos for cold storage purpose

As for your new imaginary website, good luck with that lie, there was no refers from any websites nor the video were shared in any place, it was simply archived and kept like that for this purpose. We're not interested to work with abuser nor liars, and unfortunately you're both of them.

I noticed myself (before even our users notice that) that the website is loading slow at the moment. I will do some checking now to make sure this don't remain for the next 10 minutes.
Will keep you all updated.
Update: Within 3 minutes, I founded the problem. It's some useless heavy load of cache on our databases and our load balancers.
Working right now to clear everything, and will edit some codes to prevent such thing from happening again.
Everything should be fine within the next few minutes, it will be recovered gradually.
