Fact is that i still have about 3000 viewers and in last few days i can’t go over 1500 views... I have more people in last few day than in that period from 23. december to 28. december

All payout requests that has been marked as (Paid) will be issued within 24-48 hours.

The situation is much better now than 28 - 31 DEC. The delay time has been reduced and things started to get back to normal but it will take some time to be totally smooth like it was before 28 DEC.
 
Download has been temporarily disabled. We're not pretty sure if we will restore it or not.
Our legal team is currently studying this. It is hard to ignore DMCA with downloading option enabled, and ignoring DMCA is much important than offering download option because we only get 2000 downloads daily while we have millions of views.

It's ok but why did you just disabled web upload? Why all the videos dead? Why doesn't work anything now?!

Hello there,

Videos are working in US and Europe region but giving black screen for any other regions due to a technical mistake that we didn’t locate, yet. My team are working to solve it ASAP.

The problem was expired SSL of our servers links. I have disabled the SSL till we update it. Videos are currently working fine.

Can you guys please tell me when did this issue start?

Issue started early this morning, about 6 or 7 AM. I was watching how i earned and i didn’t see any cent moving, so i test the video and i found out there is a problem.
Videos are working now, but there’s no any snapshot images. Every video have a black image as a snapshot.

Thank you for the informations. We have fixed the problem immediately after you reported to us. However, we have disabled web upload till we renew the SSL. FTP, URL, and ZOOM upload are still working.
 
Snapshots are working now. What's happening with your email, guys? I sent you 3,4 mails but you didn't reviewed any of them yet. Last one i sent before a week ago.

Nothing going on. As previously mentioned in this thread, we delete untrusted members videos much faster, because obviously they’re “untrusted”.

Anyone who wants Trusted membership should contact us first before uploading many things.
