You have nothing else bad feedbacks about us since you joined our platform.

If you don't like or trust our service why you're using it then? When our service was under maintenance you said that we were closing and we're untrusted service (just because we disabled upload in our service for 48 hours for annual maintenance, while we didn't have any problems since 2016), and now when we're online (as we promised) you're saying that we're lying! What a joke.

Can you imagine how hard it is to add that $15 in each account while we have more than 10,000 user? Our database is processing that money automatically since yesterday, but that takes time to be done.

However, if you don't like the service stop using it. People who don't respect our hard work aren't welcome in anyway. I am not asking you to say "good" feedbacks but stop calling us layers because we're not, and if you think we're.. stop using our platform.

well, i didn't ask about compensation, its you who promised it few days ago, and can't deliver.

either stop making promises without coverage or fulfill them that's all, and you will not here a "bad" feedback from me.

Why did you ignored the rest of my statement?

And yes, when it comes to money, our database needs human approve for each update, which means longer time. And our billing team are working since yesterday on that.

A lot of users already get that $15, and I don't have any ETA for the rest of users, all I can say that our billing team are doing their best.

We covered our back regarding this matter, don't worry. But, regarding Turkey, we decided to not do anything about that because we had so many abusers from there so they don't deserve our service anyway, we lost more than what we earned from Turkey traffic because of the high volume of abusing like hiding the ads of our video player.

i'm having problem uploading files via web (i use it exclusively since only this way i can add cover photos) it stucks on 99% most of the time.

i have add-block disabled,
tested on chrome & firefox
it connects with sharq.gounlimited.to (not sure if it matters)

btw. any eta on adding option to upload custom covers to already uploaded files?

edit: shuwaikh.gounlimited.to gives the same result.

I guess this problem happens when there is a very huge load on the uploading servers, so I will let my team add additional uploading resources as soon as possible. We noticed also some reports from other users about the uploading speed which ensure that our uploading servers are overloaded which make us expect any similar error like the one you did report.

It’s matter of very short time to get the additional resources ready and reduce the load on the current.

However, regarding changing the thumbnail of already uploaded videos, I can guarantee you that we’re in the last stage of enabling that option in the (edit video) page of each targeted video. You will be able to do so very soon.
