Prostream has already announced the situation. So I guess there's no more for GOU. Mr. Bader still disappeared, yes, I still hope he back and tell us something brighter. But I think we all have to move on.

What I am concerned about isn't the files, but my earnings, I wasn't able to change my password before the "recover password" error started showing up. I don't mind waiting for the site or an alternative provided by your team is functional, but can you at least enable your users to login and retrieve their funds?Hello dear users and affiliates,
I'm PROSTREAM as part of this project, I feel obliged to answer to all of you even if it is difficult, this is the reality and JR deleted my rank from the forum and took me to a normal user.
At this time, was not our fault to lose servers and files, a bad guy, hacked the site and clean all data, he installed that hacking softwares named Rootkit on servers and on backups files that cannot be detected and cannot be removed . He have access on site anytime, even if reinstall even if we move to other new servers from other provider because infected softwares are installed on KERNEL folder of system and backups like folder of SYSTEM32 of windows and antivirus and firewall can't detect them because are read like a part of system and work like component of server.
The team tried everything possible these days for recovery, reinstalled few times, moved to other data center, used backup from back days ago, new protection systems were added, once reinstalled the hacker deleted everything again each time.

Care to ellaborate? I'm sorry for their situation, and I'm not blaming them in the slightlest for what happened, but you have to understand something, people have bills to pay, so it's a valid question to ask. I'm not even being a dick about it, I only asked for information on the matter.
Actual greedy and entitled users have fucked over members of GU since the first tragedy happened with the file deletion, maybe you weren't around, but we were getting bounce-backs and bonus earnings (they were awesome), just to have some yell at Bader and Prostream that what they were doing wasn't enough. I know for a fact they're responsive when it comes to their users earnings and income, so that's why I'm asking
Nice try, dear, but oviously this hack have nothing to do with XVideoSharing script this time. Please don't mention them to avoid extra attention.
Sure developing from zero stage is the best way to avoid known vulnerabilities, but this can take months, GU don't have this time gap now.
No local, recent local backups are infected with those hacks because save of backups are from live site.
Old backups work but are too old like few months in back.
Now think about which option to choose. All of them are bad.
There is no lie and this is the truh even if whether you believe it or not.

start over and don't need a backup. let the user re-upload their data and continue working.

Anyways, enough with the trolls. I hope we can move on from this somehow, even if you guys have to switch strategies or domains. I think the same as the others, starting from scratch with a more secure service is the best option in my opinion, I don't think recovering the files is worth it if it's going to delay getting the site back online. Your trusted members can reupload their content (we've done it before), so it's not a big deal

I understand. re-uploading is not easy and takes time, but at least they can generate income for you and GO.if GO closes people get nothing
