can confirm this is happening to me as well with some files, old files as well as new ones.

Okay then no worries as long as we can identify a line on the problem then it’s easier and faster to solve it. As mentioned previously we will start working on it either tonight or tomorrow morning. Thanks for bringing our attention into it.

I sent a PM as promised yesterday. I will update you today as well since we’re currently working on it dedicatedly.

Just wanted to let you know I'm also facing that issue with the majority of ftp uploads, showing the error of media could not be loaded ...

Only with ftp uploads.

hello GO,

i just want to know if it's normal that when i upload videos (remote upload), their place in the queue for the conversion stage is way too far (sometimes) like 500 or 400. But when i re-upload them again, they are in another place, sometimes more, sometimes less
whatever, i hope you understand what i meant
