I have set ads mode to minimum but i am getting many popup ads. Sent pm

I think the issue is not with cache. I did not change ad settings. From starting of my account i set it to minimum mode only. At that time it used to get one or two popup ads but when i checked today it shows many popup ads

As I understand, things were fine with minimum ads mode but it’s having a different experience with medium ads mode. I will check which ads campaigns are connected to your account and follow up with you through your PM.
Edit: I think I identified the concerned issue. Please check your PM.

That 500 error when attempting to change a snapshot/thumbnail or when trying to upload one from pc, it's still happening....

Don’t worry. It appear for VPN visitors only who watched multiple videos at the same time, so you already earned from the concerned visitor and it will not affect your income.
Anyway, it will be disabled within few minutes from now. We have done some updates on the backend which caused this thing triggering itself, but it’s temporary.
