video view counter is not working?

My Videos page has a small bug causing showing “insane” numbers for some users on specific files. For example one file which got 1,000 views may show 10,000 (or even higher - or maybe much lower than usual, or nothing at all) gained views instead. However, your accurate views should be clearly visible at My Reports page and your account balance as well, since both of them are not affected with this bug, but only My Videos page. Nothing to worry about eventually because these “insane” numbers are only stuck at My Videos page which is not related to your stats at My Reports page and your account balance.

I was wondering if some jerk was out there inflating my view counts with a spoofing program! Thank you for explaining that it is a bug but when do you think you will be able to rectify it? It is a bit of a jolt to look at the "My Videos" page and see something like 874 views and then see in "My Reports" that it is a false count.

Friend we have a lot of priority to do things daily, when we finish them we try to fix other small bugs. That's how it works here.

I don't know what your "Incidents and Changes" list looks like and I don't need to know. I was inquiring on the ETA of what was previously explained as a known bug to the system. I don't believe it is an unreasonable inquiry because even though this bug does not change the resulting PPV, it may change how account holders interact with this file storing domain.

Professionalism is key no matter what business you are in.

Don’t worry at all mate. I am dedicating my time on it and @ProStream was working on many other tasks which is why his response was different than mine since I am the responsible part to handle bugs while he is doing many other things at his part. Please accept my apology if you misunderstood his aims.
