Queue for encoding is getting insanely long. My latest uploads are #56x and up.

Not sure all of them. @OnlyStream user linux commands to delete them from the servers themselves not the GO system (which can be recovered by one click).

We have lost so many partners trust, which is something totally expected. But I will work even harder to gain it again as we had it previously and even stronger. Please accept my apology for the troubles and be assured that I will never put anyone in such situation again.

Ok, I'm not gonna lie, I'm super headache right now, when I look into my videos , there's a bunch of yellow dots, and my stats just keep falling down more than 50%. And now you tell that you're not sure all of files can be restored. I'm still on the way of reuploading my lost files from your breakdown in Feb, since my site being flood by my visitors everyday that ask me to reupload a hundred files. And now some of them is just dead again. I'm not in good health at the moment and I'm so stressful now. :((
 
Really sorry to hear about this situation. Hope you get everything fixed soon.

I am highly disappointed as well. Finally I started to recover a little from last time's loss.
Not sure if I should re-do all the work again, weeks of work went right to the trash bin. :pensive:

Please inform us when another reupload is possible without any errors. Right now it seems that reuploaded files are still broken a lot. And please, you need to find a way (besides the red dot) to effectively sort out all the (temporary / permanent??) dead files.
The big problem is not even the reuploading but the replacement of all the dead links.
Can't afford to go through this again right now, but maybe later when things get settled. We'll see.

What's the difference between red and yellow dots? I only have red dots for ~95% of my files in my account.

More FTP servers has been added to improve the upload speed via the FTP.

The API should be fast as well.

I will add more servers now to reduce the encoding queue.
 
We only recently had the problem that our videos were deleted or that your servers no longer work. Now there is such a problem again. Not ALL videos are affected, but only max 40%?
Out of 1200 videos that I have inserted on my site, 40% of the videos that I have to replace now are a lot of work.

I gradually ask myself whether it is not better to host the videos myself so that there is no failure again.

You won't go through this again. I promise.
If you faced such failure again, never use GO Unlimited, and I mean it.
 
I have reuploaded via ftp but some of the videos my uploaded cannot be played with code: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

uploading the same videos again and agin its not a easy task
Since 5 years, we had no similar situations. We just had two in 2020, the worst year ever. I promise that I will never put anyone in such situations.

I lost a lot of money, but I will never leave my partners abandoned. The old compensation program that I wasn’t able to keep, and now double rates, these are killing me.. but I am doing my best to keep everything running smoothly and make everyone satisfied at least as much as possible. I am doing my best for everyone and I hope everyone will be totally satisfied and comfortable within the next few weeks.
 
Dear GOU, can I know when will the restoring files plan start processed, so I an keep update to all my lost files. And I can see somebody talk about red dot, what is this? I just see yellow one in my videos.
And btw, very high streaming speed as I tested. Thanks you.
