This thing rarely happens due to excessive / strange activity in the account. It is not entirely up to us as you know since PayPal automatically hold payments based on the activities of the same account that received the payment. Generally, such matters are usually dealt with within 24 hours as PayPal itself says in the screenshot, and it is best to contact them to expedite this process.

So I will wait. After the next 24 hours if payment is not received, paypal will return the payment to the sender. I will then contact you again.

As previously explained, the compensation program has been suspended until it is revised and modified to suit both parties. Money requests will be processed normally without additional bounces, just like any other host.
Positive updates for profit will also be announced soon.

All PayPal payouts requested within the last 72 hours has been successfully processed. We believe we are now able to send payments within 24-48 hours instead of 48-72.

We are now totally focused on speeding up payment processes as part of our plan to improve the level of service as reducing the payouts ETA is one of the main goals of our plan.

Exactly. You have sent the payment. Paypal has confirmed to me that they have received the payment from you. They hold the payment because they need to verify the sender's paypal account for unusual activity (send a lot pay, get more payments than usual...)

second, you promised the paypal payments were not to be charged with a commission fee, but they are! even higher than before.

Dear, according to our conditions and terms we are not obligated to compensate anyone, and we have the right to change our terms and conditions at any time we want, but nevertheless we did not use our right to do so but we promised everyone to provide a new compensation program that suits the aspirations of both parties.

Therefore, I do not understand what is the reason for your frustration? We did not steal anything from anyone. We have promised everyone something and we are still working on it. We have more than 33,000 active partners and checking around this number of users is not easy.
