No, it is not mistake .. look at this previous post by GaiaFile

Regarding to DL earnings, they will be enabled within this week. I have made the PPD + 70% PPS , so if you are bringing any sale, you will earn a higher commission even if you are on PPD. (It will be changed back to 10% when DL earnings will be come back to normal).

m8, read the previous post, GAIA disabled PPD program, they're integrating the ad system, everyone is facing the same so-called frozen earning stats, it will work next week, dun worry bro.

the statics are better than other filehosts. they count every successful downloads honestly . i think that they'll fix this problem too.
