Everything is tolerated until you request a payout. Then they will tell you that your payout request is rejected or your account was banned. I guess you earned a higher sum and requested a payout. Of course they don't want to pay you now and tell you that you breached their TOS...

Nobody should even be bothering with this host.
My earnings dropped to about $0.08 a day with them before I left and constantly had files deleted. They remind me 100% of Henchfile.

filevice is banning people accounts for dmca what a load of shit plenty of file hosts gets dmca its the way of life but banning peoples accounts is not on can understand porn but dmca cmon
your server will go down very fast because no member ,Please follow the other server accepts members upload porn + piracy only deleted files but not banned account .

File vice complies with DMCA requests . and we do appreciate our users business . but when the user breaches our TOS by continuous uploads of Porn and DMCA , that will leave us no choice but to Ban them . We believe that policies are in place to be followed and not to be breached .

Filevice.com has been growing steadily since it's launch last year. We have looked for innovative ways to make it the best cloud storage service possible for our members, and the progress so far has been great. Thousands of members use our services every day.
We have also helped members make money from their downloads and referral sales with our affiliate program and have paid out tens of thousands of dollars over the last few months. We have been regularly reviewing this program to ensure it offers the best value possible for our affiliates and still allows us to stay in business.
The sad news is that a relatively small number of affiliates have been consistently trying to defraud our system by artificially inflating their download numbers using scripts to generate "fake" downloads. We have utilised several methods to try and contain and combat this behaviour to prevent adverse effects for the affiliates doing the right thing. And this has resulted in some affiliates having their accounts terminated for repeat offences. However, our efforts have not sufficiently reduced this kind of fraudulent activity. It has reached a point where we have to take broader action.
We will be building more detailed fraud screen systems into our site to track and isolate the affiliates which are doing the wrong thing, but this will take some time. We have decided that in the meantime we will temporarily suspend our affiliate program. To accomodate the inconvenience and as a sign of good faith we will reduce the payout threshold from $20 down to $4 so any affiliates with existing balances can have those paid out. Payout requests will need to be made before 14th June 2013.
Please note, this will have no impact on members with free and premium accounts using our services. You can still use our site and services to upload and download files exactly the same way. We are very much committed to making Filevice.com the best cloud storage service for you and we appreciate your ongoing support.

It took me 6 months to earn $50 from your host. You know how much I earned in 6 months for nearly every other host I've used? Between $600-$900 from each one.

Don't get upset. I just post truth. If I say I didn't earn anything with this site then I didn't earn anything compared to other sites that I earn well with.
