Hi All users,

First , i want to thank all of you guys for your support and being with us at filevice.com .

We have been working hard in the past 2 weeks restoring some issues that we had with our system . And we will continue improving the site to your high standards .
 
Have you fixed the issue where people's files were reaching 100% uploading then failed and wouldn't generate a download link?

This happened to me a lot so it forced me to stop trying to upload.

Please create a Paypal account too. Filegag and others pay through Paypal just as a normal member though so Paypal doesn't deny or kill the account being associated to a file host.

We are having issues with Payza payment set up , that is why we did email all affiliates to go for Web Money or Money broookers . As you know now , we are paying early through web money . Today we did pay all Web Money payments that came through yesterday ( 3 days before the agreed time ) . Plus we did add the 10 % bonus to all payment this week to compensate for the loss of downloads you guys had last week .

But that compensation was only for those users who were able to request this week. What about those who couldn't reach the minimum payout this week ? They equally suffered from that download count bug, and still didn't got any compensation.

I did mention that we had server issue 10 days ago , and we did post on the "site's News post " that this issue is getting fixed . The issue was fixed by implementing more servers to our site.So if you start uploading now , it will be fine .
We are looking into paying with Paypal in the future . It is on our list of things to improve the site popularity . Thanks for pointing this one out .

OK thanks for the info. I'll have to wait for a Payza or Paypal payout plan to get implemented to start uploading again. I have no way to withdraw money from Moneybookers or Webmoney so I can't get paid.

Most file sharing site doesn't count Multiple downloads from the same IP address . This was implemented to avoid ways of manipulating the system , and to extend good business relationship with the ad networks they using .
