Filestab is certainly a scam site now!

Peter every company knows that we will upload copyright files,thats why they open,thats where the money are..you believe what they say??upload your personal files and share it with your friends??xaxaxa

Every company plays it dumb with the DMCA cause they don't want to lose their members-money bringing..
 
Hello,

We are not scam, making payments to several hundred affiliates every month.

We never ban/terminate any user & also, we never take strict action like this on small issues.

Anyway, different people have different comments.

We found high risk on our 3 affiliates accounts.

Reasons:
1. Uploads were sexual harassment, Child Porn & similar. (STRICTLY BANNED)

2. Bypassing/Cheating our referral system. Creating accounts & becoming own referrals. (STRICTLY BANNED)

Again, We are paying to a lot of affiliates. So, paying them few bucks was not really an issue.

You're not allowed to distribute open source content unless you have the proper permissions from the author.

Man I don't know why you close your support forum, I could have asked for help there if not.

If you think, decision is unfair, you can simply submit ticket. As mentioned earlier, We don't take so strict actions on these small issue, If you believe, you are right, Why don't you simply contact with support?

:)) And for GPL'ed software do I need permission too?

Filestab is a scam!
No host except them and Rapidshare terminates warez accounts (at least that I am aware of).
 
Those 3 accounts are banned forever, not terminated.

As earlier said, if you have any question, why don't you simply contact with support?

Thank God, my account comes back to normal.
It seems you banned the wrong account . I wonder how something like this should happen.
 
Hello,

We have hired new guy for users support & reviewing account, he done this by mistake. We have removed all access provided to him & giving him some training, All I can say that I am personally sorry for this incident.

I will make sure, not happen this again.

The problem now is I can't request payout.
It's always says
"We Don't Offer Payout Request on 15th and 30th of the month, for your account security."
It's already September now...

And all my uploads are always bigger than 50MB , which means it's impossible that paying rate is lower than 1000/$2 ? Let along some of my downloads come from tier 1 and tier 2 ...
