i did not extended my premimum membership just a few days and more than 1 TB back up file deleted . What is to point to talk about unlimited back up etc ?
this is second time it happens. And Ricky replied as there is a bug and technician would be fix it.
After months , nothing happen , its same . From your side maybe it is so easy , but here situation different . If back up files deleted , it means everything , every work need to be done again , from 0 . Why ?
if we have 5 parted file ( part 1 , 2 ,3 .. ) fileserve delete one of them or complete from Back up folders if we do not extend premium membership only for 1-2 days .
So users download some files , and if links are dead , they ask to use to renew links , because of this " famous " bug , we can not update links , because there is no back up file available .
Now , just guess , how can i find which files are deleted from my " back up " folders ? how can i find one by one ? i need to upload everything from beginning .
it is really big big big ashame for fileserve , because you provide us " unlimited file back up " , it writes on your main page .
