@inzell: Just PM Ricky the links with the error and he'll forward them to techs to get them fixed.

@Ricky: Sent some 404 error links to you a few days ago but I'm not sure if you received them. Want me to pm you the links again?

thanks for changing email to new, but try to change payment account back to my email, click save. then never get the confirmation email to confirm the change, the hacker has already requested payment from payout account to his webmoney, we need to change that to my new paypal email Soon. PLZ Check PM.

Hi Ricky, i have some user from HK , they say they can't download with free user, it will show "http://www.fileserve.com/blocked-login.php" on the browser.
 
Ricky how can a prem user extend his account using a voucher? For example I redeemed a year of FS prem and am on my 2nd month, how can I extend that using my current earnings?
 
Is something wrong with file manager? Today i think in the morning I had 1.1TB of files in my account and around 2000+ individual files,But now I have only 1TB of files,But in DCMA ,nothing is removed,Is it a bug or FS removed large amout of files off my account?
 
The DMCA yet again is not working.
It's not possible that in 4 days no files were removed.
I just noticed a movie of mine where Fs links were dead and they didn't show up in dmca tab.
 
But I lost like 100-200GB files in one day according to my file and storage stats now,That's highly unusual.

I think looks like a bug,But I want to make sure lol,I have no idea which files were removed
 
Storage counter has not worked for more than 1 week.

Maybe FS updated the storage counter status for everyone today.
-> You lost the data during the past week, not within 1 day.

Still no explanation for the DMCA tab though.

Same thing today. Anybody got a answer for this situation?
 
Downloads from Premium users does not count in statistics for more than 1 file / day.
Other file hosts has the same rule.

Rules & Conditions


  1. We count every successfully completed download. For anonymous and free users that download from Fileserve, we count one unique file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that an anonymous or a free user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for two qualified downloads.

  1. For premium users that download from FileServe, we count one file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, that a premium user on the same IP, but downloading two different files will count for one qualified downloads.
