I used a USA proxy and then fileserve is working fast again. There must be something wrong with logging in to your account from some countries. Ricky, are you guys working on a solution to this?

Never had these many problems with working with FS.... what's going on??!! When will it be up and working again?

masterb56: Try to reupload 1 file of a small size and see if it goes through. If it does, start moving your files

Dear Ricky, This is a stupid question and probably asked before too but I couldn't find any past answers to this question. What does 6% bonus mean? Is it 'bonus' to my earnings or bonus to premium membership extension? Please clarify thanks because today is the only day i choose to not upload or make money....

Added onto your earnings. Say you make 100 dollars today, Monday, you'll get 106 for that effort.

The low speeds i was getting from Australia, because since the fileserve issue earlier, im now able to download at full speed.. where as before i was lucky to get 200kb/sec on premium and 30kb/sec as free user...
It seems to be resolved now .. (cross fingers)

hi Ricky, only the premium users can upload via FTP cuz i get error 530 (wrong password but i changed 3 times the password and still getting that error)

Weird, i uploaded 40gig as a free user on FTP without a problem, before i became Premium
