@ humour: I believe some people take it for granted or keep forgetting what other file hosts do with their support. Don't see them actively on a forum answering questions.

To be frank we could take this service off and all communications would have to go through e-mail from now. Point is, we choose not to at this certain stage. Could be considered if you got certain users who just like to throw in a complain even though they're making casual income from us.
 
Your support module here is somewhat making users more attached to FS. So better keep the support here for always(it will be nice). And u can always ignore insane users

But it will be removed for people that are on the run and they need to go print out their document at the university. Those will not be facing captcha.

Is there going to be a permanent removal of captcha? No. Never. We learned our lesson.
 
I sent an email to HF to tell them i won't buy premium again if they don't unban FS ip for RU.

I recommand every HF user to do the same. :D
 
I'm sure a lot of people got HF premium just to leech them.
No leech, no money.

They only care about money so maybe they'll care this time.

It's just a stupid move from HF.
We don't want to host files at HF cause FS is better.
Although they suck, they still had the opportunity to have some money from us.

Now they are going to die... :D
 
ricky, just out of curiosity, how many IPs do you allow for each FS premium account? From my own experience Megaupload allow 4/5 IPs while Hotfile 2/3 IPs per account..
