Just throwing around some ideas:


You should put how many downloads each folder has made for the user.

Example:

Showing 1 - 137 of 137 objects (4 Pending) | Total file size: 25.91 GB | 50 downloads.( for ONLY that specific folder)

EDIT: I am remote uploading MU links to FS, However out of every maybe 20 links 1 shows up with a much decreased file size.

Example: sss.avi used to be 300mb(with MU) and is now 35mb(with FS).

Yes like that.
But the point of the script is to be used in firefox and when you browse a topic that has Fs links for example it will show them if links are alive or dead.

A simple example from my topic.

How about a progress bar in the remote upload section?
It will reduce the load on the servers as people won't hit F5 every 2 seconds to check if their file is uploaded.

@ Dman: Not possible to have servers at 2 hosting centers. They won't be able to communicate "internally" (if your dataport on a LAN cable is 100 mbps, you send that to the computer next to you, you'll get 10 megabytes/sec Vs. if you were sending the file to me) - That's why LAN-parties were POPULAR back in the days as you could share data with the blink of an eye.

We do of course worry if the datacenter gets nuked, but the likelihood of this happening is minimal :)
