In last day my can access my fileserve account normal but in this morning i can't access my fileserve account with reason wrong password, but i don't change password. My account name thienlong333. Could you help me recovery my account, some one change my password and my email in my serve account, if you want the proof of money i earn form this account i can show for you.
 
hey RickyFS, I just got a msg saying that my account on fileserve.com has been blocked, I'm wondering is there anything i can do to get it back online?

Anyone of you guys facing this thing as i am. I have uploaded some files via Zoom Uploader and it's been more than 10min gone since i finished uploading and the files are still not there in fileserve manager..
 
So, RickyFS blocks a lot of accounts without any specific reason or explanation, and blames other products (Jdownloader etc.) for that.

Yeah, that's a very professional attitude to people who pays for your service.

I have to agree as a spyware then the Fileserve Manager is crap, surly they could sent more important stuff to the api, even installing any version of windows more important information is collected and transfered to microsoft.

@ supermash: That's nice of you to come with your comment when JDownloader is a 3rd party program and not even remotely related to our product. So if you paid for our service, where does JDownloader fit into our picture?

@ Moggy: There's no spyware in FSM.
 
@tulip_flower: Ask me again in 12 hours, since payment is just approved, and normally money arrives later in the day.
@Ricky: thats what i said, if it was spyware then its crap, since MAC and drive model and serial number, can only be used for example to identify a user, it would be the most useless data someone could collect.
