Earnings still hasn't been transferred to payout account :( I am pretty sure I followed the guidelines correctly as I have been doing it for the last few months.

for year and half i never miss any payment (and even if i did now , i know i will receive it next week ).

Why is fileserve website so slow?VERY SLOW!!
Average Load Time for Fileserve.com
Very Slow (3.395 Seconds), 88% of sites are faster.

-Web interface is slow with any browser or connection.
Download speed and upload speed unstable! i only get 400 kb max (premium) I download from rs -with 1.9mb/s
-Fileserve stats are not being updated per sec like other hosters.
-Payments are not settled at the right time
-They don't answer to email(support sucks)

This all makes you the worst filehosting company ever.
I NEVER FACED ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS WITH HOTFILE,RAPIDSHARE,MEGAUPLOAD AND ANY OTHER HOST.
I reccomend you start getting serious upgrade your servers connection whatever and be a more stable service;)

Especially hotfile didn't have a signle problem with stats payments speeds and stability.

@ file: Are you Batman's worst enemy, the Joker? Minus the intellectual part of the 'real' Joker, I don't think I can take your evaluation of our service seriously. It's a joke.

Thanks for putting up some alexa stats for me first of all.

Alexa doesn't update that panel every day fyi, but I guess you already know that, no? When there's downtime it adds to their evaluation of 'slow'. You're basing this strictly upon a toolbar. Glad you're not my science teacher.

Our download speeds are just fine. You really want me to post a screenshot?
Our support is just fine.
Who answers within 24 hours on weekdays? We do. Want automated replies or none at all, go with another company.
Fileserve stats are updated as frequent as any other hosts.
Payments not settle at the right time? You're a joke. We have people who gets paid weekly for over 10 months.

Serious upgrades? We've more servers available than any other company, easily clashing RS at their 'peak'. Who offers in excess of 30TB of storage? Go figure.

What can I use your 13th post for on this forum? You tell me.

-Upload speed 60MB/s! Per LINK!
-Download speed 10-15MB/s per LINK! Who the fuck, from home users need 10MB/s?
-No one's stats are being updated every second, on service with 100000s of members. And why the hell would you hit refresh button every second???
Just because they aren't being updated every second, doesn't mean something bad-wrong-scammy is happening. Do you realize how many requests would that be, and what infrastructure there must be, to make that possible? Why investing in something that isn't TOP priority? How it will return for them? Those are just stats, nothing else.
-Support sux? How come? You are on support topic, and you say how support sux? Does RS have a thread anywhere like this one?

@ file: And what can I use that for? Millions of users use our service and they are quite happy with it. You're a raindrop in the ocean, your opinion and evaluation is a joke. You can record all the videos you want, I use FS daily, more than you most likely, and it works fine. For uploads, downloads and for pressing F5 once in a while.

You've expressed your opinion here, now sod off, if you have no other valuable input.

If you had your own service you would know that an 'every second update' on stats is quite frankly, impossible. Maybe you will lecture us how to make such a super-system.

Not even YouTube updates views after the first 100.
 
I have a 12 mbits cable internet connection right?And i only get 500-600 kb max with IDM from 8 simultaneous connections.At night it goes like 200-300.For the statistics and the payment delays i will say ok i understand you but for the slowness of the download speed and fileserve's website.When i click to my files i takes 2 saying please wait while loading... and when i rename some of my files it says Error is found when File is renaming to 'part4.rar'..

12Mbit*128=1536KB/s and that is 1.5MB/s In ideal conditions, not 1.9MB/s how you claimed you are getting from RS
Ya difference just means you are bullshitting, nothing else.

Also, how about adding an option to download files from fileserve without loggin? Like going to the following url to download the file:

My ISP has a feature that when bandwidth is availbale i get more ;)

ricky, my problem is RU can't upload, I try FSC, GF and others but all uploading is fast and fine, but here at FS i got slow, take hours to upload or even always on pending status to upload. Actually I uploaded a 600+ mb file 30 minutes ago with FSC, FS and GF, after 1 minute the file is uploaded to GF and FSC but until now the file is on pending status in FS. I love FS but I hate the RU because of slow uploading speed.. Thanks
