Hey Ricky..Download counts and Earning stats are updated or not??There's a big variation in download count in filemanager and Partner statatics in my case..Can you look into this matter?
 
Well Strange.. if Failed/Incompleted downloads are not included in stats,then Why failed/Imcompleted downloads are counted in filemanager.. it's just created confusion-Just a thought.

at least it shows how popular the file is...

and rickyfs, files upload via ftp never appear in file manager for a long time again...this is annoying......was is because you are updating something or unexpected bug again???

if you are making some big changes again,please let us know in advance in dashboard.
 
I have an issue with my account, a small issue but a little annoying at the same time. I'm not sure if others are having the issue or not and really don't have the time to look back at posts from the last few days so i'll just ask here.

I keep getting logged out of my Fileserve account every so often, sometimes I haven't even closed the page but when I go to move to another page I have to re-login again... I changed my password thinking that maybe my account had been phished or something (even though I am careful when it comes to that type of thing) but it's still happening...

I have it set to remember my username and password on my browser, so just wondering if there is a problem elsewhere? or can you think of anything that I may need to do from my end to correct the issue..

I can PM you my username Ricky if you think you need to check anything, let me know please.

it displays how popular the specific file is.

If people are confused the 1st thing is to read all rules. Everyone made this mistake in the beginning but now after time understand more or less system.

Stick to the rule that only unique DLs are counted in stats and all DLs (failed,incomplete and complete) counted in FM counter.

read 2-3 pages previous security things changed more extremely to control cookies problem. nothing wrong for both.

any possibility to change click order in FM 1st click display files in A-Z instead of having to click twice ??
 
waiting for files to appear in the filemanager... 1 hour has passed...lol, reuploaded twice, so total waiting time is...2 hours!!

something is definitely wrong here

A month off 4 ago you have banned my account , because i have uploaded animal porn...
You comment was : animal porn = ********** ....
But my links from my BANNED account are still working !!!
This mean you earn on **********??
Also i have many times send abuse complains with links to also animal porn on it
And those links also are working and the same users use them to post new animal porn ( same username so same account i think , want if you banned them the will not use fileserve again to upload animal porn )

WHY did you banned my account then 4 months ago??????

for earnings drop, I already mention some of possible reasons earlier mate.
 
somebody said ftp upload speed from EU is now faster?
lol I only got 120 KB/s to FS and I am at a US server, compared to HF 2 MB/s, and FSn also 2 MB/s, even to DUckload EU is 1 MB/s lol
 
Stats are right. Yesterday I do my best day 61$. I dont know why people said earning down.
