Hi.

My FS Premium account expires today (January 28).
I'm going to renew my account, but I'd like to wait until February 1st to do that.

So can I wait until tuesday to do that without seeing my account or some of my files to be deleted ?

Is Userporn ruled by FileServe people or is it just a partner ?

You will have round about 1 week(maybe more) to renew your premium account, so dont worry.

Secondly, Userporn is not related to fileserve in any way, FS is just advertising them like any other host advertises other companies( MU, DL etc) . No worries.

But userporn in the sister company of VideoBB, you you can ask VideoBB dave about this
 
Hi Ricky my earnings haven't moved for a few hours now and my filesonic earnings
have gone beyond my fileserve earnings which never happens so i think there might
be some sort of delay or something like that can you please give a update.

My earning just dropped a little instead of going up so it's probably the same problem they had the other day, they fixed it easy enough the last time so it's no biggy.
 
True it's not a biggy but its nice to see money going up and if it stops
you never know whats going it could that your downloads are not getting submitted
to DDL's ect...

Its just nice to see it going up every Hour.
 
Damn, what do you guys expect with such a terrible speed?
Uploading is quite good, but the displaying of the file in the filemanager takes so looong! A single link of 1.4 is taking over 30 Minutes now. That is impossible, sorry!
Fix it please, cause it sucks, honestly.

Could mean your internet provider is throttling your internet
speed to fileserve as it has happened to me With Virgin Broadband
 
@ delightedx3: 30 minutes to download or to display? You're talking about apples first, then bananas.

@ all:
-Earnings should be fine. Looks good so far today :)
-We are not Videobb
-Loading of pages should be fine too. We updated our cookies (again) to stop jokers from sharing it and downloading, so you should clear your existing one and re-login again.
 
What's up with the new login method? You guys applied login sessions or smth?
It's just like paypal or moneybookers that kick you out after some time of not browsing any pages.
 
@ Yad: Preventing people from sharing their cookies, so people from far and beyond can use it to download as a Premium. There's a reason behind differing between Premium and Free users.

@ andrewmacatulad: No limit, but we implore you to ease our system and do it over a period of time. Your outgoing data affects the speed of others at the end of the day. The speed of others is basically more important to us than it is for your files to go out to other filehosts :)
 
Hi Ricky would it be possible for you guys to implement a system where we can see live data as in how much we earn as that would be very useful for us and also so we can see which methods we execute and if they work or not ect...
 
files uploaded via ftp never show in file manager for hours...
can you please just keep your ftp as stable as possible..

edit: files appear in file manager now.
 
Files uploaded take longer time to be displayed? I've just uploaded few Gig but yet to see in file manager. By the way, I noticed my earning has dropped nearly 50% since the "stats frozen" in 23rd and don't know why. My visitors and page views remain the same. :(!
