Yes...It is out of sync as you can see - What you do now has happened, it just doesn't show for you. So wait that expected time and it should be all good.
 
i think this migration is planned.

so maybe next time fileserve should make an announcement in the dashboard before fileserve is going to make any big change,this really affects us a lot.
so people can arrange best time to upload,instead of suffering there wondering what is going on and when will be back to normal,and some come here and ask why. something like the hint of videobb image on the right side of the site will be nice.

we can't upload ,and people can't download.
 
But there is some problem in the layout i.e. whenever any user want to jump directly to other folder then he should be click on upper folder until he reach My Storage. There is no function to jump another folder directly.
 
The new filemanager doesn't work with my Chrome browser. It's not doing anything after I click the folder. I tried on Internet Explorer and Firefox and they are working well. Anyone got problem using on Chrome?

Yup, I agree with this. Gonna be a hassle to keep clicking Upper Folder all the way back to the beginning.
