That's great, hope everything will be @full speed as soon as possible. I have a suggestion please remove username/mask username from folder links. Folder link should be like https://fileparadox.in/f/*** instead of https://fileparadox.in/users/***/0/
Hope you will implement this asap. Thanks for adding IP login filter, this will add extra security to our accounts.

So everyone it's time to be happy, no one lost $ or $$, FP kept their word and it's our turn to double our support.

I will talk to the developer regarding this buddy and thank you for the support.

We are working on the firewall settings of the servers - you should be able to start uploading in 1 hour.

Don't enable 100% ppd because you already explained that is not good for money flow in your side and only possible for uploadd.net.

so please follow this 50 % ppd , because we know you guys are good and we don't want to make Bankcorrupt situation.
 
Keeping DownloadNoLimit as a payment option is a risky decision that is gonna jeopardize your sales. Nowadays every other filehost is signing up with DownloadNoLimit. They have become a common target and will be taken care of soon by the Anti Piracy agencies.

If you dont have your own merchant account then you are surely insecure in the cyberlocker market.

Not that much of a problem...we are already discussing terms and conditions with a Bank for Merchant account.


Update:

The Web upload, flash upload, remote upload, and FTP1 uploading are working now :)

Kindly check and report if any issues.

About Torrent leech - It will be enabled in 1-2 days after we test out the codes. Thank you very much for being supportive.

Good news for Okpay and Liberty Reserve users. We have a support ticket opened with Okpay since 23 April and finally they have replied with good news:

We are sorry for delay. Your transfer has been found and it will be credited to your account within several working hours. Thank you.

Kindly check the reseller page to see the new download/Premium sales/Rebill rates and information.

We have changed the Minimum amount to $50.
Bank Wire transfer option has been removed.
Australia and Switzerland have been moved to Group B.
We pay on 10th every month and it will take 20 days to process the payout, so request payout accordingly.
The Premium account prices have been increased.
You will receive 30% of the Premium account sale when referred user buys Premium Account through a Reseller.
 
We are still working on configuring the csf firewall. Kindly bear with us for just 1 more day. We are also working on the PPD rates so we can enable PPD 100% Plan.

Seems this Host wanna kick all of their Uploaders which didn't generate a lot of sales.

First all files deleted (o.k not their fault but of course of their Security), no compensation for this issue, now Minimum Payout decreased to the double and best of the best, the low PPD-Rates decreased again and also no 100% PPD avaiable.

Which you the best for the future with 10-15 Uploaders you want to have.

For me its over here, before reuploading all and then they are runaway.

Hello,

We are writing everything in English on the Affiliate page and there it clearly says:

"Pay Per Download (PPD) [Coming Soon] - Affiliates receive 100% of the rates listed below."


No compensation for the issue? The Premium users are getting extra 15 days.
Torrent will be enabled in 24 hours along with 100% PPD.
The "low" PPD rates are still good as we count properly unlike many other hosts.


Payment Update:

OKpay and Liberty Reserve Payouts have been processed.

Didn't Registered User not also lose all their files up to 500 GB Storage?

Mustn't they upload all the Stuff again?

Decreasing the PPD-Rate and increasing Minimum Payout is going in a few days after your system-crash, but of course implementing 100% PPD needs a lot of more days (and who knows what you mean with "coming soon". Ufox needed nearly 2 months).

P.S I guess every Uploader with Premium which lost TB's of Data is really HAPPY about 15 Days more Premium-Membership, do you really believe this?
