Hi @FileMoon team,

We are experiencing issues with server, can you please check and fix it ASAP?

I do need a lot of time to open a video, sometimes get Internal error after 30secs/1 minute.

@FileMoon I have this issue since i started, its going random, i will send screenshot, i upload file, file works fine, and after couple days or some time there is a copy of the file which works but my original file doesnt work anymore, and i need to replace link in my database manually, No its not problem with my file.(s). I dont mind replacing couple files but i am transfering a lot of files to filemoon and thw more i upload the more files going broken,

There is no such file on your account. So if you plan to report anything atleast keep the files, we're not magicans.

I kept the files to show you. i blocked /d/ links you can see them with embed.. Do you want me to send you private message with their links?

Subtitles are broken at one of your files that's the reason why one plays and the other one don't. Remove subtitles from that file that is not playing and it will play correctly.
 
Is it possible i can sort those files? Somehow, because its happening on random after some time, but i dont know which files until someone report me the file. Thank you mate

that "after some time" happens when you upload broken subtitles, it doesn't happen randomly on videos it happens only when you decide to upload subtitles that are broken simply and no there is no way to filter such videos.
 
I upload subtitle on that file(s) in same time when i add the video file
