Hello, good service. What is not too good is remote uploading. Even if i tried multiple host with superfast io, if the site does not accept the url, then it downloads too slow. Approximately around 3-8mbps. Also if the player is manipulated while loading, it crashes. Regards.

Hello,

Could you please elaborate the "superfast io" ? Regarding remote upload we're not limiting the download speed. We download with the speed given by the 3rd party host and most of the time there is a speed cap on their end.

Hello,

It's all allright. We've switched into one upload server with 100Gbps uplink. All remote,browser uploads are handled by that server already. We're moving FTP upload there now as well. If you wish to switch into other hosting feel free to do that.

I have 250 TB archive, if i will upload all archive , will you serve me without any daily play count, huh? WTF :D

Hello, sorry for my poor english, i’m newbie, not my native language. I meant of “Input/Output” better said distribution of speed. The servers i was downloading from was connected to 10GBs Ports, they was also connected to CDN for better communication across multiple continents and the servers they have on them. If the mistake is on my side, i apologize and also i’m asking for help for faster downloading. But to be sure, i tried to download on sites as (dood.io, streamtape.com). Working fine.

Please send me the "remote links" via PM which you've tried to download we can check it with different servers to determine where is the failure.

Most complains we receive about 232001,232011 is related to users with VPN that has speed limitation. But i can check your files and if issue occurs also for me we will fix it.

it seems the encoding speed is improving faster than before, you are doing great.hopefully in the future the encoding system will be even faster so that we can earn income faster when the video is used immediately.

Hi, I'm using your server to test it on my websites. but he is the only one who has problems and is left behind.

I mean remote upload via api. It takes a long time to upload the video but I talk a lot about whole days.

filemoon and streamhide seem almost the same to me, the difference is that in streamhide this same process makes it fast, several files are uploaded at the same time. and filemoon one by one and slow...

I can get many views in the player since I have access to 30 movie and series websites but if they don't let me work it will be impossible.
 
Is it a problem on my side or does upload not work? I refresh several times, but it gives me same upload ID and upload either doesn't start at all or starts but then goes to 0

Hello,

I have deeply investigated the thing you're talking about and i noticed few keys things. You're downloading using remote from streamsb which most of their servers have no free uplink and average download speed from there is 60kb/s. Filemoon doesn't limit speed at all so i would suggest using your own servers from which we can download files at full speed of your server uplink.

Regarding the limit of working remote uploads per user. Limit exist for that exact reason mentoined above. Many 3rd party video hosting sites have poor uplinks or overloaded servers and download speed is small. We don't want to have many workers per user running with stucked downloads because there is person who wants upload a file with 60kb/s speed.

In terms of comparsion to competitor. Please note that website you mentoined is owned by streamsb and copying files from streamsb to streamhide is a matter of inserting database record since both hostings are owned by same person.

Could you please provide me your account login, upload method, timestamp (around which upload happened) So i will be able to go into our upload logs and verify it. Untill that happens i'm not able to correctly address your issue. Regarding upload id please refer to messages from last pages where i have mentoined upload system changes.
