All issues are related to domains currently. We got in touch with njalla and they unblocked our account however we are forced to move out from their company which we do at the moment. We're transfering all our domains to our country providers (Russia).
What support is it without manners?

Yes we still trying to resolve domain issue meanwhile some competitor who is sad in his life is trying to DDoS us as well.

im using filemoon for streaming and im using custom domain
but now i got some problem, when i try to embed the file using custom domain video can't play and show error message "server IP address could not be found"

1. I can't add my website which has two domains in "only allowed websites"
2. there's no blacklisting domains, which is needed if "only allowed domains" isn't working properly.
3. nobody's answering to my messages and the answer i got on the email wasn't detailed or helpful at all.
do better please, you have lots of potential but you need improving this kind of customer support will get you nowhere.

Dec 6, yeah i read their notif, they said "Monday", it's Wednesday now and they ignore all my comment, pm, and email, but they replied to any other. Sure patience
