All issues are related to domains currently. We got in touch with njalla and they unblocked our account however we are forced to move out from their company which we do at the moment. We're transfering all our domains to our country providers (Russia).
 
Hello, I know you are troubleshooting the domain, just wanted to ask if it worked? currently the embedded domain is not working from my side, only spaces, i'm not talking about vpn issue

Yes we still trying to resolve domain issue meanwhile some competitor who is sad in his life is trying to DDoS us as well.
 
hello @FileMoon need some help

im using filemoon for streaming and im using custom domain

but now i got some problem, when i try to embed the file using custom domain video can't play and show error message "server IP address could not be found"

when i checked on my filemoon dashboard the custom domain status Active

what the solution? and how to fix it

Provide me the custom domain via PM please.
 
1. I can't add my website which has two domains in "only allowed websites"
2. there's no blacklisting domains, which is needed if "only allowed domains" isn't working properly.
3. nobody's answering to my messages and the answer i got on the email wasn't detailed or helpful at all.

do better please, you have lots of potential but you need improving this kind of customer support will get you nowhere.

Dec 6, yeah i read their notif, they said "Monday", it's Wednesday now and they ignore all my comment, pm, and email, but they replied to any other. Sure patience

Oh damn since Dec 6, but is payeer? or you choose paypal? with paypal it takes up to 2 weeks thats the reason I change to payeer. I hope you get your money man, keep us informed about your situation.
