In my case, I spent time fully preparing my site and started uploading content around November 25th. Since it’s a brand-new project, traffic doesn't just appear overnight—especially with so much competition out there. Banning a site while it’s still in its growth phase makes no sense.

Are you planning to expand the number of currencies available for premium payments? For example, PayPal, as cryptocurrencies are sometimes unavailable in some countries.
Anyone else having trouble uploading videos?
same heresadly maybe they are filtering free users and everything will be premium?
I'm a free user and since yesterday the encoding and transfer have been practically instantaneous.
I'm uploading directly from the platform (browser).

Good afternoon to Byse team,
I dont know for others but I am experiencing big issues and problems with my embed links. From few days ago, any video which I remote upload on my account have too long process of transfering and encoding with duration of couple of hours to even a day or few days. Now is even big issue when video is encoded and I upload subtitle and publish video for viewers so they could watch it, after couple of hours same videos are being in transfer process again (in that process videos are unavailable for views again, subtitles erased) ?!? So, it was already transferred and encoded and I publish video, and after a few hours its again transferring? Can you please check and fix this issue? For a couple of days I cant do anything on my website and people from my website are complaining (with reason obviously) and I am losing views.
Also, is it possible to make possible to upload subtitles into video while is in encoding process like it was possible on filemoon platform?

Hey everyone,
I’ll be honest: right now I don’t understand how Byse (and uploaders like me) are supposed to make money like this.
For many uploads it takes several days until the videos are actually usable. In the meantime people leave, switch to another player, or simply watch somewhere else. That’s bad for everyone — you, me, and the users.
On top of that, uploads often crawl at only 250 to 800 KB/s, which makes everything take even longer. On other hosters the same content (mostly MP4) becomes available shortly after upload. Here it currently feels like you get “punished” for uploading because nothing happens for far too long.
I get that you may want to push users towards premium — but even that isn’t smooth: I wanted to try premium and I can only pay with BTC. I’d prefer to use LTC.
Please don’t take this as hate, just honest feedback: The long delays and extremely slow upload speeds are really frustrating and they cost views, clicks, and ultimately revenue. I’d really appreciate it if you prioritize this and add more payment options for premium.

Those videos work after 2-3 refreshes, while many people don't know that it works that way.
The third problem I have is again with the encoding records that I added yesterday and the previous days. Yesterday they worked, today they went to encoding.

For me the Upload Speed is the best i could get, but the encode is like place over 8000.
so yeah, thats sucks much.
with hosters like voe i could start the video after upload instant or mixdrop.
if i upload my pre encoded mp4 files.
so i say after name changes and stuff, the service got worser and not a upgrade.

In terms of profit, it's clear that Byse will profit less. Mainly because of the rendering queue of days.
Everyone profited from the Stranger Things releases, especially Filemoon. Any series with the same audience will have the same result. The fact that we release the episode quickly and it renders quickly would be as profitable for us as for Byse.
Much more than $30 of Premium for each of us.
it certainly is frustrating about the encoding queue length. especially with new release TV shows and everyone jostling for 1st position.
it would be great if the mp4 was playable straight away whilst the video is encoding, but if it cant be done on the platform then so be it, it is what it is and we just have to deal with it. We are always welcome to leave and go to another host that could be better, but the no file expiry is what keeps me at filemoon/byse

Preview feature have been removed from the platform, information about it will be included in update 1.3.0 note.

1+2. We looking into it, already applied some fixes to our backend please update me if it occurs again.
3. This is enforced due to a fact the we operate under heavy load and since some files are at very old servers that has their storage capacity at 99% usage we're forced to transfer files outside these servers to less occupied storage server, we don't allow access to such videos on purpose due to a fact that the more people will be watching these videos the more uplink usage will be there which will render file transfers even slower or failing.
Regarding subtitles manager we are aware of it and already re-coding subtitles manager completly, the change is expected to be applied by morning.
your upload speed is strictly related to the setup you have, and no because of a "fiber uplink" your upload speed magically will not be big if your internet provider has shit worldwide transport, there is small chance that we have servers in your country so basically every upload you roundtrip to europe and how fast it works depends only at your ISP Worldwide connection level not local.
This is absolutely true.
