Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

We have restored the service partially and working on restoring rest as i have mentoined in earlier messages the datacenter in Amsterdam Netherlands has some sort of issues, we cannot access our proxy servers in the datacenter, their website is offline looks like some sort of outage. We're currently deploying our backup proxies in order to transfer rest of the domains to them untill datacenter comes back online.

Sometimes files can be displayed delayed in the panel but they're there, we currently working on a solution to automatically update the files cache when file is uploaded via FTP. Regarding folders we're aware and this has been addressed in my earlier response on page number 4 in this thread.




Right now it's hard to tell that we will stick to mondays or switch back to daily payouts that are automatic. Please also note that currently we have some payout delayes due to ongoing transition into new platform.

As mentioned here, there may be delays, plus it's still Monday in some countries.
 
Is there any indication that the custom domain feature will be working again soon? I’m considering temporarily switching my links to filemoon.to, since that domain is currently working. However, I’d prefer not to do the extra work if my custom domain is expected to be back up today.
 
Is there any domain that works at all I could use? The default one don't work and none of my custom. All videos show Connection Timed Out for many hours.

Ok, so filemoon.to works, but it doesn't show any of my custom ads

Hello,

Sorry for late notification, all services been restored an hour ago. We're monitoring the servers and deploying backup proxies so if such issue occurs in future our system will swap proxies automatically so we avoid downtime.
 
Hello,

We have decided that starting next week we bring back daily payouts but only via byse platform. Please note starting today whoever requests payment above 100$ and is not using byse yet his payment will not be processed.

We have begun processing payments if you have not received it already be assured that your money arrives tomorrow.

On some video hosting sites like Voe, Lulusstream works well when uploading remotely. I hope your remote upload is upgraded. I know the link expires in a few hours, so at least it was downloaded before the time expired.

Can you please clarify payout transaction fees? My latest had a 14% fee.

According to earlier information the fee should have been $7. Which would have correspond to 4.5% fee.

Have you considered crypto price variations before you wrote this as i highly doubt.

I'm quite unsure what do you mean, if your proxy script works and your server is fast enought remote will download it.

and I can add subtitles to the same video that is processed via Filemoon. Can it be set up via Byse to be faster?

The fastest way for subtitles is always injecting them remotely.
