Ty for the quick response , one more question about the encoding , I have checked the encoding for each quality like 480p , 720p and also premium , but it doesnt do it , it remains in 1080p , and also the skip intro doesnt work for me . Is there any way to contact an admin or just here I can talk with you guys ?

Once you change settings the newly uploaded file will be encoded to specific quality however if you upload file that is "1080p" which means it has resolution of 1920x1080 but it's bitrate is low and you want it encoded to let's say 720p and our system sees that your resolution is high but bitrate is low it doesn't touch the file as we don't encode poor quality videos.

It is , all the videos I am uploading are 1080p , and the feaature doesnt work for some reason , It worked for one video after I purchased the premium, then it didn't work at all , u think it would be helpful if I give u a link from a video or something else?It does work however the original quality must be 1080p to be downcoded to 720p and 480p.
Hello, I have a small issue. When a video loads using the new domain, a red screen appears first, then a black screen. This happens twice, and only after that the video thumbnail finally shows up.
This does not happen with the Filemoon domain, where the thumbnail loads immediately.

Hope this new transfer will go more smoothly, especially since the Premium Bandwidth doesn't drain out users' quota as quickly as Filemoon does.
