Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

Ty for the quick response , one more question about the encoding , I have checked the encoding for each quality like 480p , 720p and also premium , but it doesnt do it , it remains in 1080p , and also the skip intro doesnt work for me . Is there any way to contact an admin or just here I can talk with you guys ?
No pressure, I know it's a lot of work , I hope I don't bother u with all these q . Ty in advance !

I'm sorry but what do you mean it doesnt do it? Once you change settings the newly uploaded file will be encoded to specific quality however if you upload file that is "1080p" which means it has resolution of 1920x1080 but it's bitrate is low and you want it encoded to let's say 720p and our system sees that your resolution is high but bitrate is low it doesn't touch the file as we don't encode poor quality videos.

It does work however the original quality must be 1080p to be downcoded to 720p and 480p.

It is , all the videos I am uploading are 1080p , and the feaature doesnt work for some reason , It worked for one video after I purchased the premium, then it didn't work at all , u think it would be helpful if I give u a link from a video or something else?

This is correct at byse. If you have slower internet or dead videos it's simply more visible.

Thank you for reporting that byse is not correctly deducing the bandwith. We have corrected that.

First of all, congratulations on the control panel and the excellent work. FileMoon/Byse is the best hosting.

In my opinion, this longer delay in the complete display of the player may result in fewer clicks when another secondary player is available on the page, and this one becomes available more quickly.

I loved all the changes and the new control panel is great, only this delay in displaying the embedded player bothers me a little visually. haha
 
Why do I see playback domains like bysefujedu.com and bysebuho.com mentioned in this post, but when I look at the Custom Domains page, the only available domain I see is bysezoxexe.com? Where can I check for more available playback domains?

Each user is assigned to domain pool, some users have different domains than others.

Hello, we're aware there is a problem with datacenter in Netherlands basically entire datacenter is dead and it's not related to us however we suffer downtime due to proxies being in that datacenter, we began moving to our backup proxies, services are restored partially we're working as hard as we can to restore rest of our services.

can i get your https://byse.sx/ embed domain, because when i open embed in my dashboard https://byse.sx/ it's will redirect to filemoon.to not new embed from byse.sx

Then mark device as trusted so you will no need to enter code everytime you login.
