We have a video hosting website here, and are planning to add file hosting and music hosting to the website. The idea is that once a member signs up they can upload video's, files, or music to our website and embed our video player, music player, and file share link onto their own website. In terms of the music player and file share link we were wondering on what types of features you look for in a good file hosting and music hosting service. We would also like to know any security features you may want added to it. An example of a feature for our video player would be disable right click and url embed code restriction. Any advice would be appreciated!

8. Excellent Customer Service: I personally respond to all requests within 24 hours and if our video player or website doesn't have something you want we will program it in for no additional cost to you.
