FiberUpload: No support/Thread Closed

We are giving free premium, but first we need to see some traffic, not just filling the "unlimited space" from premiums and not receiving any visitors.

About the files, If the files are valuable, I'm sure you will receive at least 1 download at every 60 days. Anyway I will talk with my team about this option, there are a lot of members who want to make something about it.

Honestly, I think you are a bit too expensive, especially compared with Bulletupload. Just have a look at my stats (user kinepolis) and you will understand I'm not very happy with my current sales X-(

Honestly, I think you are a bit too expensive, especially compared with Bulletupload. Just have a look at my stats (user kinepolis) and you will understand I'm not very happy with my current sales X-(

A lot of bulletupload users asked us to increase the premium costs so they can make more money. Also we have the same prices like a lot of other filehosts .
The reason you are not selling enough premiums is because your users didn't adjusted with fiberupload.com, they don't know if this moving from your last filehost to us is temporary or permanent.
You need to notify your users to know that you moved permanently to another filehost (in this case, FiberUpload.com ) this will increase your sales for sure.
Also we are working at a premium link right in this moment, so you all can put banners on your websites and sell more premiums.
We work to make some discount coupons too.

That's what I've been waiting for. At least make file storage period 60 days for free users, and 1 year ur unlimited for premium. It would be neat.

You are correct that users are not used to Fiberupload yet.

But they are especially pissed up and don't trust it anymore.

Before the Mega Crash, I was for quite a long time with another host, let's say my earnings then were 100 %

Then Bullet came, people understood I was forced to move, and many remained loyal (even many of them still have a useless premium with the former host) Sales dropped to 50 %

Then you stepped in and had the genius idea to change the name into Fiberupload. Result : everyone think I'm nuts by changing for the third time in two months from filehost. Result : sales dropped to 10 % (as you have access to the Bullet data, you can easily verify this)

Other factors :

- your site was more not working as well (unless you call my current premium downspeed of 60 kb/s 'working well')

- and yes, I would have understood that you increased the price to 9 usd - Bullet was indeed far too cheap - but by using euro the cheapest filehost suddenly became the most expensive, which is not a very good selling point, especially since you were not able to deliver what you advertise (let's hope that will change soon)

- please, please drop that stupid 10 day account. A user with a decent internet connection can download in 10 days enough content to keep him busy for the rest of the year. If you absolutely want to keep it, please put a download limit of not to many Mb/day on it. Also keep in mind, if there is a technical problem, these people will say 'fortunately I paid only 4 euro, but here they will never see me again'. If they have one month, at least they will notice when the problem is solved. Again, check my data from Bullet and try to figure out how many of their 10 days accounts had a rebill. Not a single one I'm afraid :(
 
I can not send any file on this site for days just keep initializing upload ... and never sending

You have a bad internet connection or problems with your browser.
All others are uploading fine, I am uploading and works fine.

I understand it very well. You didn't moved (even if is hard to explain this to users) because all users from bulletupload are now on fiberupload.
About the 10days premium, is good for me and for you also, this will give you much more money than a 30days sale.
About the sales from bullet, yes, you don't have any rebill, because all of the PayPal subscriptions from bulletupload are canceled for legal issues, so We didn't received the money, neither you , neither the last owner. We just hope to win them back with FiberUpload.

I am sure that if we work togheter and try to support this host, we ALL have to win.
