So all premium and dedicated servers are not available?

I know the dedicated plan is not available but can you give a description about what you will do and what I will be doing? If I get that plan in the future when its available? Like whats included and what not

looks one of server have problem when i check in console.

on of our HDD's is broken which causing the problems, we have forwarded it to the DC for replacement

No, We use RAID5 on all our servers, means usually if one HDD is crashed, it need to be replaced and some small commands and everything is back

right now the drive was replaced and the rebuild is running already, in few hours (4) everything is back

Hello I sent you a message last night about a problem I have with inactive files, please I ask you to revise it since I am about to delete files when it should not happen since I paid the 1tb plan that lasted me a day
photos so you can see I hired him on the 1st and 2nd they already took it out and I'm two days away from deleting my files

No worries it's just a date error on that page real informations are visible on your first image,

Due new year some kind of issue happend on the date in the inactivity storage page.

Anyway, just ignore it your inactivity is valid until 01.02.2021

Still same error on same server just upload one files on replaced hdd

I really respect what are you made amazing script good quailty no buffering no errors but now I cant say that.

The RAID array is still usable with 1 defective disk, there is no need to keep the server down.

Sorry for the delay,we had to replace a second hard drive on that server due bad healh condition
Everything is back now

Thank you for the suggestion,but it's too risky in case 1 more drive fails everything is gone.
