Due a bug in the payment API, your automatic payment was sent twice

This happening usually very rare, but in case you received 2x the same amount you should immediately refund 1.

in such cases :

- For first time we just take the funds from the user balance
- second time we take the funds + 10$ fee.
- third time Automatic Payment will disabled completely

Ok, thanks I did not check my Bitcoin wallet and did not notice that you sent me the money twice

Usually, I check my wallet every few days. From now on, I will try to check my wallet after I request the withdrawal, so that if the money was credited to my account twice, I will return one. I hope you solve this problem and this issue will not be repeated.

Automatic payouts are processed by our system not us, unfortunately we can't really control it, since the issue is from the wallet/API we use itself .

But this happening usually 1 - 2 times a month, so no worries at all :)
 
Hi I've been using your service since Jetload, pretty happy so far but upload has been ridiculously unstable recently. Upload stops time to time, giving error all the time. do you have plan to add remote upload of mixdrop or google drive?
