what time of day does the counter for uploads in the past 24hr reset?

Encoding is a bit slower, due extra load + week-end

Hi - I uploaded some video (around 5GB per file) (some are in mp4 format, and some are MKV and WMV), but the video size was only 1x MB to 200 MB when the upload was finished. May i know how to fix?

How have you uploaded the video ? FTP zoom or normal ?

We didnt noticed anything like that yet, but we will double check it today

@Evoload-Jason - Some files were done by zoom uploader, but most of them were uploaded via FTP

All types of ftp upload, web upload, Resumable Upload are slow and in ftp it is fast but when I upload a file the file disappears
