Lots of my videos is not geeting encode
Unable to play the videos too
It has been 10 to 12 hours my videos is not encoded

Please fix that's encoding problems

I believe your upload settings are based on default or speef
Go to settings->upload settings-> and change it to encoding.

may I know how can use zoom uploader to upload? should i enter the FTP user name (or account name), FTP PW (or account PW) and pin? Tried both FTP and account name login but failed

Hello, with zoom you need to add email + password

how many times a day does the same IP count views/download
video longer than +0 Minute are counted for views? just click and the system will counted? or what

We count 2 IPs per 24h, our once a video starts playing the view is counted.

After 75 days (premium) / 45 days (normal) you will receive a email informing you that files will be removed,
We don't delete videos based on insufficient space

In case you want to keep videos better buy inactivity storage for 5$ .

We are faced a small queue overload due the massive amount of new users/uploads, new encoding servers will be integrated tomorrow, the encoding will run smoothly than, kindly have some patience.

We detected a small timeout issue on openresty causing large videos to fail, it should be resolved by today.

openresty error still not fixed, constantly getting timeout error after uploading a file. can you please fix it, its quite annoying if I have to upload files 10x till it finally works.

- Re-designed the encoding system with some more tweaks, videos should process faster now
- Fixed a small timeout issue causing large uploads to stop @thunderfury

Why does this problem appear? I already restarted the router, changed the dns, tried on another computer and on cell phones and that message continues to appear and the video does not play.

But with VPN and in an RDP if it works.
