While it may be impossible to keep everyone happy, you have managed to keep noone happy that has ever bought from you as far as I can tell, and you can deny till the cows come home or talk about jackals but you deserve it.

It is clearly stated in the terms there is no refund for opening a dispute with the payment processor, it is not that it is hidden. Learn at first how to use a descent language in the forums. What was your domain?

I HAD to make a 2nd account because you only get support when ur a customer.
My accounts password magically changed so i wouldn't be able to respond to the tickets. ( wich gets closed after x hours even if they didn't respond )
I tried offline messages through the offline support u have on the site.

I never said i didn't host a rapidleech script!
I only hosted it there because on another forum ( DP ) RAPIDLEECH was stated in the title. I never checked the topic itself.

You could have used a password reminder. It is stated in the terms refunds are for first time accounts only.

If you did not violate any of the terms, opening a ticket gets you a refund. Long back there was some downtime, it is not "the issue is your site has a lot of DOWN TIME"

I do not know how much time was provided to you but time was provided which we should not. But i guess atleast a day was provided.

If u dont know how much time i was givven, dont say its enough. OR guess its 24h.

I'm not sure u realise this, but there IS a difference between remembering when u had dinner and the time u gave one of your customers to clear something out.

I understand your concern. Your site was overloading the server and if it was kept unsuspended for long it would have greatly affected others.

To change your password use password reminder, if you do not remember security question open a sales ticket to remove it (does not require login). Opening a second account will not help in this case.

I apologize, which part have i missed out? You said I answered partly.

If you want to have the exact time you were given I have to search for tickets which is almost impossible.
