it has been 3 days webthosting does not reply my support ticket!!!
I told them to fix the server timeout problem as rapidleech always stuck without finish downloading. They did and it last for less than 24 hours! hey, where are you, please reply my support ticket before i blow more shocking things around here!!!

How can you say they dont allow rapidleech? I bought a custom package specially for rapidleech and the problem got fixed few days ago, but it rise again and they does not reply my support ticket for 3 days.. so much for 24x7 support

3 days no one responded? You can post shocking stuff in forums but that will not help in any way as this is not a support place. You have to resolve everything in ticket as ticket is meant for support.

Edit: I was going through your ticket just now, everything is already answered in the knowledgebase.

I was interested about your reseller Re-O5 "unlimited" plan.

Can you please explain what your unlimited means in real life?

Can i just host like 500 x 1gb movies there? (well if these films are playable form website.. my audience is small - most of them are doc films, but just asking). or what would be realistic things i can expect?
Can i use more then 100+ gis per day in some rare cases when i need to share some doc film?


Do i really get high performance FFMpeg for this money? I would have some really important sites i like to move (well actualy they are not high video webistes but more about visits... how many hits highly moded media rich SMF forum can take before server slows down or i might get suspended?
